Tina with Offline - Delicious and huge portions for the hibachi! They need to cut up the zucchini pieces more though. Wasn’t a fan of the crispy chicken- they were more like fried chicken meatballs and the spring rolls were alright

As a Charlotte local, I’ve been to my fair share of AYCE sushi spots, and this one truly stands out. The food was a solid 10/10 — generous portions, fresh ingredients, and the hibachi-style dishes were impressively well seasoned. During lunch, the atmosphere was calm yet comfortably busy, creating a nice balance. However, the service left much to be desired. Aside from handing us menus, our server was largely inattentive, which took away from an otherwise excellent dining experience.

We arrived 30mins before closing and I ordered the shrimp fried rice and my guest ordered the butterfly roll. Both are really good and would come back. Housekeeping could be better however but it was the end of the night. Thanks Connor for great customer service.

DOORDASHER REVIEW: While there, the service was quite pleasant. I usually joke around with the hosts just to put a smile on folk's faces that I come across, and they took to it well.. The inside looks quite pleasant. Nice lights, decent seating (although nothing spectacular), ambiance and music fit well together. The patrons there looked to be festive. Waiters and waitresses looked busy and attentive. Many TV's on ask the walls to give you something to watch to pass time...assuming you're phone doesn't win that battle lol. All-in-all, a great place to take the fam for an family dinner.

I went for the AYCE experience and felt like I got my money’s worth. I also tried a few appetizers (not pictured) that were okay, nothing bad, just not very memorable. I didn’t go in with sky-high expectations, so overall it lined up with what I had in mind. The crowd was a mix of big families, couples, and groups of friends. In hindsight, I probably should’ve sat at the bar. The section I was in came with Dolby Digital surround sound… of crying babies. Not exactly the most relaxing atmosphere. I made sure to finish everything (partly out of fear of being charged extra if I didn’t), and the rolls themselves were enjoyable. If you haven’t been, it’s worth checking out at least once, but I wouldn’t call it a must-visit in Charlotte’s AYCE sushi scene. Pictured below are the three rolls I ordered: • Beach Roll – fresh and light, with a hint of citrus that made it stand out • New York Roll – simple, classic, dependable • Rainforest Roll – heavier, saucier, bold flavor
